Funnlr is a template-driven funnel builder that allows users to create, edit, publish, and manage landing pages and sales funnels. Users describe their offer, select a design template, customise content in a visual editor, and publish to a hosted subdomain. The platform also provides lead capture forms and analytics.

2. Data Collection and Use

We collect the following types of personal information when you register for and use Funnlr:

Account Information

• Full name
• Email address
• Authentication credentials (managed securely by our authentication provider)

Billing Information

• Payment details are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store your full card details on our servers
• Subscription and billing status is managed through our billing provider

User-Generated Content

• Funnel content, settings, and configuration data
• Uploaded images and media
• Published page HTML

We use this data to provide, maintain, and improve the Funnlr platform, manage your account, process payments, and communicate with you about the service.

3. Analytics and Usage Data

We automatically collect certain usage data to improve the platform and understand how users interact with Funnlr:

• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and features used
• Time spent on the platform
• Referral sources

Published Funnel Analytics

For published funnels, we track pageviews using browser fingerprinting to provide conversion analytics. This data is associated with the funnel, not with identifiable individuals visiting your published pages.

We do not use analytics data for third-party advertising purposes.

4. Lead Capture Data

When visitors submit forms on your published funnels, the submitted data (typically name and email address) is stored in our database and made available to you through the Funnlr dashboard.

As the funnel owner, you are the data controller for leads collected through your published pages. You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with applicable data protection laws when collecting and using this data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party providers to operate Funnlr. Each provider only receives the data necessary to perform their service:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Convex — Database and backend infrastructure
• Vercel — Application hosting and deployment
• Loops — Email communications

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security practices. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

6. Email Communications

By creating an account, you may receive the following types of emails:

• Transactional — Account verification, password resets, payment confirmations
• Product updates — New features, platform changes, service announcements
• Marketing — Tips, guides, and promotional content

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email. Transactional emails related to your account cannot be opted out of.
