1. Description of Service

Funnlr is a template-driven funnel builder that enables users to create, customise, publish, and manage landing pages and sales funnels. The platform includes a visual block editor, design templates, one-click publishing to hosted subdomains, lead capture forms, and conversion analytics.

We provide the tools and infrastructure. We do not control or assume responsibility for the content created or published by users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Funnlr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Funnlr after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Eligibility

Funnlr is available to individuals aged 18 and over. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Funnlr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

6. Use of Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Funnlr platform for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Sublicence, resell, or redistribute access to Funnlr
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Funnlr, including funnel copy, images, and design configurations.

By using the platform, you grant Funnlr a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. Funnlr does not endorse or assume liability for user-generated content.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Funnlr to:

• Promote or conduct illegal activities
• Conduct scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or individuals
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Collect personal data from visitors without appropriate consent or legal basis

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing

Funnlr offers subscription plans and one-time purchase options. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Billing and Renewals

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@funnlr.co.

10. Intellectual Property

The Funnlr platform, including its design, code, templates, branding, and documentation, is owned by Funnlr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written consent.

The design templates and generated funnel structures provided by Funnlr are licensed for your use within the platform. You may publish funnels created with these templates but may not extract, redistribute, or resell the templates themselves.

11. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Service may be temporarily affected by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime or interruptions.

12. Warranty Disclaimers

Funnlr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements, that results obtained will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funnlr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Loss of business or opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Any damages arising from platform use or inability to use

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Funnlr in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funnlr, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, content you create or publish, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

By You

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the platform or its users.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Funnlr shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

17. General Provisions

• Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and Funnlr.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Funnlr.
